Cheat of course!
It’s not something we’d advise in all circumstances, but certainly when it comes to making bows for your hampers, Nobel prizes for physics are often won with less stress; so why not? In any case, a little cheating has been officially approved in the use of making hampers by none other than gift wrapping expert Arona Khan. So let us introduce you, if you haven’t already discovered them, to pull bows.
Theoretically speaking, you simply take a ribbon, pull it into a perfectly shaped bow, then affix to pretty much any gift tray, wicker hamper or gift box. If only that was all there was to it. If you’re anything like us, you may find it’s still a little fiddly, especially for a cheat!
A big thank you goes out to Candy Hero who also kindly drew our attention to the precariousness of pull bows. But don’t worry, help is at hand. Below the expert herself shows you how to create the perfect pull bow, just like a pro.
