A big thank you to everyone who took part in our recent #bagsforlife competition We have a winner! And it’s a big congratulations to Fielders Farm Shop for being the overall winner picked at random by Managing Director Andrew Wilson.
You can view the Youtube footage of the ‘dramatic’ proceedings below, so you can see it was all kept above board and legit. It may not look like it, but we did SHAKE the box like a Beyonce video before pulling the winner from it!
We were inundated with messages from friends old and new – over 150 of you following us, liking us, adding us and sending us some rather unusual messages! Some of our faves came from Clive Burton who wrote:
I dream of seeing my business popping up all around town on these #bagsforlife!
Or Aristaeus Deli preaching up a storm:
#bagsforlife rule ok! For the environment, planet and great for everyday use
Hope & Greenwood started mud-slinging with:
‘You are a #bagforlife.’
And of course Todd at Underwood Wines got a little ahead of himself with:
All in all your messages highlighted just how much interest there is for quality printed shoppers. This is good really, not just because we sell them, but because we believe ethically produced bags are the way forward. There’s no need to throw away vast piles of unnecessary plastic any more. And the great thing is most consumers agree. Even governments across the UK are beginning to legislate in favour of more ethically friendly methods. Just as important as all that, #bagsforlife are an excellent way for you to make extra profits, promote your brand, and encourage repeat business through customer give-a-ways.
So thank you once again for joining in the conversation on twitter and on facebook. We like a decent competition and we’ll doing another one soon. In the mean time if you’d like to chat to someone about having your own #bagsforlife printed, give our team a shout on 08000 85 85 95.
We look forward to making you your very own #bagsforlife some day!
